Specialties
The only FIERY-DIRECT wholesaler in the world that you can buy new or refurbished FIERY or CREO brand network controllers for copiers or digital presses outside of copier companies who only offer controllers brand new at high retail prices to both copier dealers and end users. We also repair FIERY and CREO controllers for a very reasonable price, sell hard to find FIERY Media Kits (IE: Fiery System Recovery Software, the latest system Updates, Service Documentation, updated Drivers, the entire Fiery Applications Package Suite v3.0b-4.01, calibration software, etc.), and we even sell many of the EFI software side offerings for Fiery controllers like the EFI Graphic Arts Kit, Impose, Compose, FACI Kits, Interface Cables, the ES-1000 color calibration kit, the ES-2000 color calibration kit, and all sorts of FIERY parts and upgrades. We handle 3rd tier support questions as well as onsite calls and all of our services are at a fraction of the price that copier manufacturers offer.
History
Established in 1997.
Copier manufacturers don’t even make copier controllers — EFI (Electronics for Imaging inc.) and Kodak CREO do, then the copier manufacturers mark them up to sell them to dealers to mark up and resell again to the end user. Our product comes directly from the source, not through a chain of markups. We even support Fiery controllers that you didn’t buy from us — if it’s Fiery related, we work with it! We handle FIERY controllers for all copier makes and brands — if there is a FIERY option for it, we’ve worked with it – Xerox Fiery, Konica Minolta Fiery, Ricoh Fiery, Canon Fiery, Toshiba Fiery, Sharp Fiery, etc. Have a controller problem? Then Call us today!
Meet the Manager
Cabren B.
Manager
Cabren has worked with EFI Fiery and many other brands of controllers since 1996 and knows the functionality of these units like the back of his hand. We developed our own controller for Canon, Xerox and Konica Minolta from the ground up in 2005 which was a huge benchmark for us. The controller was excellent but we lacked the financial backing to really make an impact in the digital print market since top dogs like EFI, Kodak CREO and Peerless Systems already dominated that market — not dissimilar from Chicago automobile designer and entrepreneur Preston Tucker trying to take on «The Big 3» (Ford, GM and Chrysler) in the automobile market back in the mid to late 1940’s. So for now, we continue doing what we do best — refurbish and resell Fiery and Creo controllers, repair controller units, sell hard to find controller parts and software kits and provide 3rd tier level support that truly challenges some of the best support engineers at EFI Fiery.
