Established in 2000.

After determining a need for Leadership Coaching in her Direct Sales Company, Fi introduced a coaching program into th e organization. It’s results were so profound and lasting that the program went national in one year. The individualized Leadership Coaching program was sought after by managers and sales representatives in the company. Fi made the decision to diversify her client base and established Direct Connect Coaching to meet the needs of clients from all walks of life. She has successfully coached children, teens, young adults, Presidents and CEO’s, as well as grandparents. Direct Connect Coaching specializes in a customized program to help each client reach his/​her true potential.

With years of experience in Direct Sales, Direct Connect Coaching founder, Fi Mazanke, felt a new calling. The opportunity to enroll in a Leadership Coaching Certification Program appeared and Fi jumped on the opportunity. It was a valuable decision to become certified, because coaching is her life’s passion. She introduced coaching to the Direct Sales team. The results of the coaching program were so powerful, that coaching went from experimental to a national program in one year. Eventually, Fi decided to diversify her client base and started Direct Connect Coaching, successfully working with individuals and groups of all ages. Fi is on the cutting edge of getting clients to explore their strengths and passions while removing blocks to allow these gifts to be at the forefront of their lives both at home and at work. In 2014, Fi began hosting a radio show on Voice America’s Empowerment Network to bring the message of power and possibility to an international audience.
