If you are looking to bring your dress shirts to be cleaned and have the collars come back bleached to a different color, then you have come to the right place! This is exactly what happened to me. You will have your clothes returned with different colors. They will be bleached. Look forward to your brand new dyed clothes. Never, ever, going hear again, what a joke!

Brought in a $ 400 custom made riding shirt for cleaning and pressing. Upon arrival to pick– up, waited over 15 minutes for them to locate the shirt(was never logged into the computer). After receiving the garment, it was obvious the right side of the collar had been burned, and was ruined. Owner said he did nothing– at that point I agreed– he did not enter it into the computer, he could not locate it, and he obviously couldn’t clean it. Steer clear of this establishment– they take NO responsibility for their mistakes.

Went in for alterations for a prom dress and was told it would be $ 104 to tighten the bodice and hem the dress. I asked how much for just the hem would be and he told me $ 65. I told them to do the entire dress for $ 104. When I went for final fitting, they did not fix the bodice, but still charged me the $ 104. Now I have to find another seamstress one week before prom. Buyer beware!!!

Great job w/alterations. When I lived in West Chicago/St. Charles this place was my go to place for having my jeans hymned. The staff is friendly and very confident in what they’re doing.

I’ve been a customer of Foxfield Cleaners for 5+ years. They have always done an excellent job with my dry cleaning. The staff is very friendly and my clothes are always ready by the committed date.

I am not one to complain but I have had the WORST experience of my life with Foxfield cleaners. My parents, being long-term clients, decided to take my wedding gown to Foxfield cleaners two days after my wedding for cleaning and preserving. They first discussed the quality of the gown and confirmed that Foxfield is capable of handling this type of garment. The gown was returned to us after a month and a half and was ruined. Without consent from us, Foxfield cleaned my gown twice, it was not«dirty» to begin with as we had an entirely indoors wedding. When retuned, the fabric had been burned by the cleaning chemicals. In addition to that a ruffle on the hip had been ripped out and the buttons up the back of the gown had not been removed during cleaning or pressing so they were corroded and then pressed into the fabric. On top of that, there was a long grey streak down the left breast. The gown is ruined. We immediately returned the gown to Foxfield and asked them to repair the fabric. Since then, two months ago, they have ignored every phone message, will not give us information when we go to the store and have ignored an official letter from our attorney. We’ve now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Foxfield still has my gown and has not given us any updates regarding the status or compensation for the loss. Call it cheesy but I grew up trying on my mother’s wedding gown and have always dreamed of sharing my wedding gown with my daughter some day. I am a devastated bride and hope other gowns aren’t carelessly ruined by Foxfield Cleaners in the future.
