If you want a grandfather clock or have one that requires repair, Jansen’s is the place. Extremely courteous and friendly, they know their products well. They are located in the historic main street district of St. Charles but will travel to most St. Louis locations.
I recently had a problem with our grandfather clock. Versus rushing to send someone over to run up a big repair bill, they suggested many fixes over the phone for free. They did have to send someone out, but it was unbelievably low cost and the technician was fast and extremely friendly. They will perform simple fixes or complete clock overhauls.
