If you don’t buy life insurance, you don’t matter to Lori… not that you can ever actually speak to her anyway because she’s never there. The other office people all seem mad all the time. They messed up my bill and no one would even answer the dang phone to explain it to me but then i go to the office and im scorned because i didnt make an appointment? Yeah, i definitely went looking for new insurance, and found a better price and an agent that knows how to treat customers. What a horrible experience!
