Good food & good place to watch the game & get a beer. We discovered a little while back that they do a lunch buffet! Score! That was great! They have all the goods on there — salad, soul, wings, pizza, & a surprise something. Well, the last couple of times we have went there is like 3 wings left, ½ a pizza w/another coming out… sometime, and no bowls for soup(which works out well because there probably isn’t but a scoop left of soup). Well, if you are going to advertise a lunch buffet you better have food on it. And to top it off, when I asked our waitress if they were making more food for the buffet she was rude acting like I was dumb for asking. As I was standing in line the 5 other people up there digging for whatever was left up there were also grumbling about the lack of food on the buffet. All n all I will prob go back to watch a game & get a beer but I don’t know that I will be going back for lunch.

Go to the other two locations, don’t waste your time at this one. The pizza was completely different here… no prove and they used a different crust. Super disappointing because I normally love their pizza.

Food was good. Service was ok. A little slow for not being busy. Building holds the noise in. It was quite loud for causal conversations going on.

Meant to just stop by for a friends«farewell/birthday party», but ended up staying longer. Servers and bartenders were fun and attentive. Drinks are not just affordable but they are generous as well. Munchies Galore!!!

I used to frequent this location close to 4 times a week because of its great service, friendly staff, and awesome food. I moved a bit further away but make time to travel out to this location cause everyone makes it feel like home.

I can’t express enough how amazing this place is! I don’t know what’s better: the cheap drinks, awesome jukebox music, or the radical food! It’s the perfect place to go and relax, and have a couple. Every single item on the menu is fantastic! I suggest the chicken tender platter, eggrolls, and pizza!!!

Very good food. Kind of a greasy spoon type place but still quite enjoyable. My family and I go for breakfast.

Went to watch the Cardinals game and hang with some friends. Great pizza and wings. Service was very good and wait was not bad at all considering the place was full. We will be back for sure.

Do Not go here!!! We had a 50th party and showed up in a limo! They said they weren’t going to serve us because they could tell we were drunk. Ummm last time i checked that’s okay when you have a DD!!! Will NEVER return!!! Suggest no one else does!!! Just to add. We were not even drunk at all. That’s what makes me so angry. We got there and went to the patio. Which no one was even out there. We ordered food and alcohol and then she came back and told us that the bartender said he wasn’t going to serve us. We explained that we were not driving at all. Or drunk. And the limo driver explained as well. They were horrible! So rude! If anything we would have classed that nasty place up a bit.

Love Thursday trivia! Great Matt chips and hot wings! Love Cindy! Love Brian! The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because it’s super smokey and all my friends all don’t smoke. An outfit side smoke lounge would be cool. I hear they might be going that way! Edited to say«no more smoke!» 5stars!

Great food, good service and good specials. We would go more often if you didn’t smell like an ash tray after leaving. Really wish they were non-smoking or had a better filtration system.

WP3 and I try to make it here at least once a month. I go for the cheese fries with BACON and he enjoys their wings. Prices are decent. Plenty of drink specials every night. Festive atmosphere and friendly staff. Enough TVs to enjoy whatever game is playing, dart boards and a few arcade games. Love the TouchTunes. I like to take control of the music when I’m there.

Slow service at times, but the food is amazing. Definitely worth the occasional wait.

I’m usually not much of a bar person, and while this IS a bar there is plenty of room to just have a good meal. I came here with my sister and her in-laws to have some lunch after a long day of planning a luncheon for a funeral. I was truly suprised at how much was on the menu and was assured by some of the party I was there with that the food was good. I decided to order from the«you call it» lunch menu and chose to pick three items. I had the french dip, Caesar salad and french onion soup. All three were hearty(the salad was supposed to be a half, but I can’t imagine how big a regular order is, this was HUGE). I really did love the soup and it was great. Some of the other party had some delicious look items as well. One of them was called Matt’s steak special sandwich, let me tell you that could feed 2 people easily! I’ll have to hit this place back if I am back in St. Charles anytime soon!

I don’t often write about burger, beer and wings places because how hard is it to do right? That’s why when a place like Mattingly’s can do it so well that you take notice, they’re worthy of a review. The menu follows the KISS(keep it simple stupid) approach which I’m growing more and more fond of as I grow old and crotchety. I always order a bacon cheeseburger as my test and they nailed it and the pepper bacon was a nice touch. My husband’s western burger looked amazing too. Fries were good and plentiful. We ordered wings and even my husband ate his full share and he’s not a wing guy. The menu has lots of specials for each day of the week, a good variety of bottles, and the crowd seemed full of regulars. The server was nice even though we’d never been before. I’ll admit I got confused when I saw someone smoking inside(no smoking ban here!-yet) but I didn’t feel as bothered as some places since it was so wide open. I’m already plotting my next visit for their Thursday evening trivia nights(free and at 8PM).

Never thought I would consider myself a bar regular, but it happened. This is all thanks to their Thursday night trivia. Cheap beer, good food, good friends. Love this joint!

Your standard bar and grill. Cold beer, and good food. Above the rest that I have visited. Easy to get to from 70 or 370.

Great food, cold beer, excellent service, and good atmosphere. I don’t think you can ask for much more from a bar/grill.

I might agree it’s a good place for regulars, but food was just okay and the service when I visited(about 8pm on a Tuesday night) was not good at all. I waited 15 minutes, when it wasn’t all that busy for someone to come by my table, and only when friends arrived was I acknowledge by the waiter and then he seemed to have an attitude. So, if you just want a bar atmosphere and you are in the 20 something crowd, you will probalby be okay with it. That was most of the crowd while I was there.
