We were waiting to be discharged from the hospital, when a photographer comes into my recovery room and says it’s time to take pictures. There wasn’t any notice or time to prepare. I was very upset about this, but I really wanted professional pictures of my newborn son. You only get 8 pictures for over $ 100, and the photographer picked out the 8! I asked to see all the pictures so I could pick them out, and the photographer was really annoyed by that. Their computer program only lets you view one picture at a time, and it’s really slow. It took forever! One of the pictures that she picked out, had my son’s face smushed against a blanked. I told her I didn’t like how his face was smushed and she said, «that’s just how he looks» Are you kidding me??? First of all, NO! And second, even if my son did have a smushed face, you don’t tell a new mom that! I contacted the company twice about this, and no one got back to me.

STOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPCALLINGME!!! Just because grandparents ordered a few of your pictures does not mean I want them to cold call me multiple times in the first few weeks of my child’s life. I know how to get in touch with them should I want to speak with them or order photos. I’ve made it clear multiple times I’m not interested in their sales pitch, and yet, they still call. To be fair, they do take decent photos of your newborn while in the hospital, but I felt like they were intrusive into a special family time and came into the hospital mother/baby room without being invited. I do NOT recommend this organization. I believe in allowing an organization two strikes, not three. They’ve struck out in my book.
