Popcorn Shoppe

If it wasn’t for the fact we were going to be going to the movies that evening I would’ve bought a bag or maybe even a tin of their buttered popcorn. They have some very interesting flavors — trust me on this one — but I only sampled the yummy butter flavored one.
Prices are very good and you can buy any size of popcorn as well as prr-​packaged bags and the popcorn seasonings. The owner is a great and informative guy (he even told us the history of the building they are in) and I say this should be on your radar!

Sour cream and chive flavor and cheddar cheese were too salty and a little stale. Chocolate wasn’t very chocolate, just sweet. Still looking for a good local popcorn place.

So yummy! Their newest flavor, caramel lager, is delish! This little shoppe has tons of flavors! I love that you can buy little mini bags for $ 0.99 to try the flavor first. They had a sample of one flavor there which I’m assuming they change daily. They also have lots of gift baskets already made up. Out of the four flavors we got (caramel lager, fruit salad, curry coconut, and pumpkin spice), it was probably a tie between the caramel lager and fruit salad for best flavor. The pumpkin spice was good and the curry coconut just seemed to lack flavor. I could taste some of the curry on there and no coconut. I would like this to hit me in the face a little more, but to each their own. I also LOVE that you can buy the popcorn seasoning flavors to put on your home popped popcorn! We got pizza flavor and can’t wait to try it out!

Cool little place that serves hot dogs and brats as well. I got their new dill pickle flavor. It tasted amazingly like dill pickles. Not a great selection of corn which is why they lost a star.
