Threading & Henna

Okay I hate to be the one to ruin the good reviews for this place. And to be fair most of these reviews are for threading. My experience (actually my teenage daughters) was with eyelash extensions. The lady that did them seemed like she knew what she was doing at first. It took about 15 minutes for her to complete. My daughter sat up and said «mom something’s in my eye» so she is fishing around her eye trying to get it. And can’t. So I try and notice there is a large glob of glue In her eye. I literally had to scrape it off. The lady kept apologizing. But what the hell? Ok and to top it off the eyelashes looked terrible. I mean awful! Looked like they were put on by a first grader. Completely uneven and all over the place. So I paid (shouldn’t have) and we walked away as my daughter pulled off her eyelashes. Now obviously the employee knew we were very unhappy. She did «feel“bad but did nothing. No discount, no let me fix it. (I would have never let her but gesture would have been nice). Needless to say won’t be back. You’ve been warned.

The woman who did my eyebrows was absolutely amazing. It was quick and not super painful. I am never going to wax my eyebrows again, I will just come here. Plus I was able to get a punch card. I highly recommend it.

Found this place on Unilocal and the reviews were not wrong. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the lady’s name but she did a great job on my brows and upper lip. The price was also great ($ 15 for both). Punch-​card for frequent customers was also a plus! I will definitely return to get my brows done here. Oh, before I forget, this business is actually a little kiosk in the center of the mall between Carson’s and Kohl’s. I thought I’d feel self-​conscious sitting at a kiosk, in the middle of mall, getting my brows done, but this mall is so deserted and there were so few people around when I was there that you don’t even notice it.

Good stuff! Eyebrow threading was super quick even with my caterpillars. The price was right, only 10 bucks and my brows turned out fantastic. They even give you a punch card for half off threading after 3 and a free one after purchasing 7. I also got a henna tattoo done that turned out awesome. I will be back!

New favorite eyebrow place. Got a full face done as well as eyebrow tint and everything came out beautifully. The woman there is so nice and makes you feel comfortable but I Forgot to ask how long she is going to stay at that location because I’m not going back to my old eyebrow place again.

Great job on my eyebrows and upper lip. Was seeking a threading place where I could go locally in the Tri-​cities so that I didn’t have to go into the city. Jayna was awesome. It takes literally 5 minutes and yeah, it hurts a bit but for me, waxing is not an option because I react so badly to the wax. It’s only 5 minutes and you walk away with great brows with minimal pain and minimal irritation. So I’ll be back.

Threading and Henna is currently my only reason for going to Charlestown Mall. I live just across the street so its super convenient for me to stop in — no appointment needed. I’ve received terrific service from all the staff over the past few years. The recent addition of a face massage is heaven after having the whole face done. I’ll keep going here … hopefully, the recent construction and empty storefronts will allow them to keep up the excellent service.

Foram takes her time to make sure you feel happy and comfortable with the threading that she does. & She’ll even apply lotion with a little quick massage once she’s finished with your eyebrows :)

I agree with the other reviewer that this is a hidden gem. I was in St Charles today and wanted to avoid going to Bloomingdale later where I normally go for threading. Unilocal steered me here. They did an excellent job. Bonus points for the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in while getting threaded. I had called before I went in to know which mall entrance to use but there was no answer. I didn’t leave a message… but guess what? They called my number back anyway. Nice. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area. Only wish they were closer to me. The only negative I can think of was being located at a mall kiosk. I don’t like people who are not getting their eyebrows done to see me getting mine done lol. A privacy partition would make them absolutely perfect.

Another hidden gem in the deserted mall! Threading and Henna is located in a small kiosk in Charlestowne Mall. The women here were very friendly and most importantly FAST and almost painless (the least painful threading I’ve had but I’m kind of a baby). It was cheap as well. My friend gets her face threaded by then and swears by them as well. If you are looking for a threading place in St. charles I would highly recommend it!
They do ear piercing and nose piercing too!
