They through parties here. I could see renting a court for a Wallyball night– during the hot summer or cold winter weekend nights. There are old couches and a nice big flat panel available in a upstairs lounge area.
Rates from 7 – 10 PM on Friday & Saturdays
Wallyball $ 80 /​court
Racquetball $ 45 /​court
Tennis $ 65 /​court
Large parties can rent the place 6 PM to midnight for $ 600 with more charges for over 150 people. This includes all court times & 125 beers… Not sure about the specifics or cost of extra beers.
Now the bad– the area of this place is huge & I believe the bills to heat/​cool must be outrages. Friday & Saturday after 5 PM are slow times & they allow the public to rent the court without joining or paying the $ 5/​person guest fee. Membership is individual $ 20/​month or a family $ 25. Then comes court cost from $ 16.50−30/hour depending on type & time. There is a discount for those under 20 & over 60 that can take non-​reserved spots.
Plan to drink from the water fountain because a small bottle of Gatorade was $ 2.65.
Racquetball was an obsession back in high school, college into my 20s. I had to take many breaks in my 2 hours of court time. I am out of shape & want to play more to get back in shape. However, between memberships, court fees & planning on moving– this maybe just a place I just visit with a friend that is a member.
