I ordered a funeral arrangement last
week and Discussed several options
from pictures on their website.
including a planter with cut flowers.
I asked for photo to be emailed. My
heart sank when I received picture–
a floor potted palm with yellow and
Blue cut flowers randomly stuck in
pot. I called and explained my disappointment and the clerk said it
was what I ordered!!! Rude response.
If I can figure how to include picture.
it looks like a grade school effort.
$ 70. Satisfaction guaranteed promise
is not an accurate note! They did deliver
on time and seemed fresh…
