Revolution Cycle and Ski has great customer service. As a woman cyclists, sometimes it is assumed that I don’t bike a lot or don’t know anything about bikes. Last time I was in, they actually asked me how many miles so far. They always explain what is needed, but in a way that shows they respect my ability. Love this place.

These guys know bikes, and are very nice to boot. I have to give an extra shout out to Greta who has shown outstanding customer service. There is one guy that works there, I forget his name, that isn’t the best in people skills, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover, he does know bikes.
