I really have to say that I’ve had so many horrible experienced with UPS stores and their customer service that I had terrible expectations walking into this store. However, Early morning St Cloud, this is the only place that will be open if you need urgent copies! Laurie, UPS employee, was there and was so attentive, helpful and nice. She helped me make my copies, made some awesome suggestions for my printing needs and helped me organize my packets. She was also very nice and quoted Bob Ross! Won me over! If you go to this UPS store, make sure you got Tuesday or Wednesday morning, or during the rest of the weeks on evenings. She truly was wonderful.

I sent a printing online order for 2 sheets in color because my printer broke last minute. I was charged and paid online. Send my boyfriend to pick them up and the lady on the register says they do not do online printing. My BF tried to explain to her that he submitted the job through their website, was charged and we received an email saying it was ready for pickup. The rude lady in the counter said she will print them but won’t do it in the future. Even though I paid for color on my order she handed him a black & white copy he didnt even argue about paying for color and being handed black& white since he just wanted to get out of there asap. Basically lady in the counter doesn’t even know the services the store offers. Train your staff better.
