Hypothermic Temperatures, Unclean, Spoiled & Curdled Products, Shower Curtain Window Coverings…
So I arrived with a group of 5 last Wednesday evening. Upon entering, we noticed the temperature was freezing cold. There was only 1 table that could accommodate 5 people, so we sat there. The table was sticky and we could see rings on the table from where the last patrons had put their glasses. Yuck. It was so cold inside, that my mom ordered coffee and I ordered hot chocolate (something we would never order with pizza, but we were freezing.) My mom said the coffee was horrible — and my hot chocolate had no sweetness or chocolate flavor, just hot water with some brown powder residue floating on it. I returned it for a coffee, but then when I added a creamer packet, the creamer had expired and the curdled milk floated to the top of the coffee. Gross. I returned that, and just ordered a glass of soda, which arrived ¾ full.
The daily special «posters» on the wall were warped and coming off, looked like a kindergartener put them up. The curtains on the windows were bunched up and ragged looking, and resembled shower curtains. The restaurant was not clean, with dirty tables, and straw wrappers on the floor. We were the only guests, so before our arrival the (single) employee would have had time to clean up a little. While we were there, a call came in on the employee’s cell phone, which we clearly here her say «We are super busy, I can’t talk now!» We ordered a large pizza with Mushrooms and Pepperoni. The pizza arrived, and the cheese was slightly burnt on the top — black not just golden brown, fortunately it was not so burned, that it did not affect the taste, as the pizza was good. I used to come here a lot before — like 1 or 2 years ago –it used to be awesome. I switched from the neighboring Pizzeria because their prices became too high. Pizza Planet was a great alternative. I don’t know what happened, but now the service is poor, the place is severely understaffed, the place looks and feels dirty, the tables are sticky and unclean, and it is freezing cold inside. There are (2) redeeming qualities, the product (PIZZA) is still good tasting, and the bathrooms are nice, clean, and the soap smells nice.

Omg. The food here is absolutely amazing! I love the mini tacos. The Planet Salad is absolutely a must. And every pizza I have gotten here is perfection. I have never been a big pizza fan but I have eaten here time and time again. I have never been disappointed. And the owners are small business owners who actually care what their customers think. Don’t go through Saint Croix Falls without stopping here!
