If you or someone you love finds it difficult to leave home for health care appointments, St. Helena Home Care Services is here to help. We are dedicated to providing in-​home care to patients with health problems due to disability, recent surgery, chronic or terminal illness, and other illnesses and injuries.

We personalize our services to meet each patients specific needs. Our Home Care staff of nurses, therapists and social workers offer assistance that can help elderly and disabled patients remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Often, our services can help patients shorten hospital stays or avoid hospitalization altogether.

We teach our clients and their caregivers how to take on some of their own health care activities safely and confidently, especially when handling medications or medical equipment.
