Allen is my new favorite company! We had a sprinkler pipe break and had to turn off all the water in the house. They rearranged their schedule to come help me, and the technician was incredibly knowledgeable (and careful)! Joe was my technician and warned me that the switch could break which might require digging up the yard (it didn’t) and to watch for spray in the house when he turned the water back on. I’m very impressed with the customer service, and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Since my complaint was registered, I’ve been in contact with the company and everything was done to correct any misunderstandings between the company and by me. I will continue to use Allen for the duration of my time with the irrigation that I have and I am considering an overhaul since everything has grown so much with the rain this past season. One bad employee can really ruin a relationship and bad communication is what occurred, however it was repaired and I can’t say enough good things about Allen.
