Simply… WOW! I tried the ribs. Angel, grabbed a slew of ribs with her tongs, dunked them in a pot of homemade BBQ sauce. The meat was very succulent and firm. The sauce, a classic St Louis style sauce sweet, flavor a of cumen and honey. Just incredible. One must stop by and try Angels fare!

Real St. Louis barbecue: big, thick chunks of meat, a savory-​sweet barbecue sauce with just the right amount of kick, and hefty portions. The best part, though, is the team. Miss Angel is incredibly nice, and the guys running the barbecue will make you smile even as you drip juices all over your car.
