I started coming here in 1999 long before their recent remodel. Moved away to Denver and missed my old local Arby’s. Moved back to the Lou in 2012. Service here is still reasonably fast and the staff are always nice enough. 4 stars for being real and good!

Slow service, but cashier was friendly. Thankfully I had an hour for lunch as it took nearly 10 minutes to get the waffle fries. When I went up after 6 minutes and asked how much longer I was told they had given out the fries at the window, but my batch was next. I was quite annoyed because someone whose order was 3rd behind mine AND had waffle fries was walking away with his order. They gave me a large order, ‘for your troubles’. I suppose this is nice except I specifically ordered small so I wouldn’t eat a large. They went to waste. I’ve been here several times due to there not being much in walking distance that is not sit down and take order and aside from the frappé, I don’t like McDonald’s.

I know Arby’s is a «lowly» fast food chain, but that doesn’t preclude friendly, speedy service and good food that hits the spot. When the vehicular lines at the Lindell Mickey D’s become intolerable, just drive across the street.
