I work for a large company who engaged them for work to be done at the Dougherty Ferry-​Big Bend location in West St. Louis County. The first order for signs was delivered, but they made wrong size in beginning. They remade sign, no problem. Thought it was a fluke, could happen to anyone, thought that we would try them again with another order. Second larger order was placed and we were promised a two-​three day delivery. Two weeks went by with their ongoing promises to have order for us. Owners were hard to reach when we called and finally going into third week, they were called again, said we were bumped for another project!!! I was stunned, since this is a fairly new business and I would think that they would be clamoring for customers. Very disappointed in the service. If this business is to survive, they need to fulfill their promises to their customers and in the timeframe that they promise.

I have never been so disappointed in a printing company. I ordered calendars made here for a school fundraiser, and I cannot believe what this place tried to pass off as quality work. First of all, although the photos provided for them to add to the calendars came out pretty well, the actual calendar part is atrocious. The lines are not clean, for one thing, although most of the trouble started when the days of the months were incorrect. They had January 1, 2015 on a Tuesday. Then we noticed that months that have 30 days all were printed as having 31 days. I’m not sure how well a calendar works when it’s print like that. I personally don’t use a paper calendar much anymore, but I ordered 3 of these from my son’s school as gifts for elderly people, one who lives in a nursing home. I reported this to the teacher in charge, who had them reprinted. We got the second try back, and they still had not corrected the days of the months except for January. Sent back again. Third try: the calendars came back with the covers stapled on backwards, and still had not corrected September and November to have only 30 days.
The teacher in charge of this fundraiser has stated she will not be asking for the calendars to be reprinted another time, which obviously is not a problem of BizCard’s, but after 3 tries, and they’re still not correct, I asked for my money to be refunded. I can’t imagine what sort of software these people are using, but it apparently does not automatically keep track of days on a calendar, but the people assume it does without checking.
Very unprofessional and lazy work, no quality control whatsoever, a very poor experience altogether. Will not recommended to anyone.

Used this company twice. First time worked out a price of $ 430 for a mix of color and black/​white. next time nearly twice the price. Explanation of difference was bogus. Owner/​Manager was smug. Will never do business with this company again. Company is untrustworthy. Plan on telling my industry forum, SCORES group, b&i club and Chambers group to steer clear of this company. Hope to cost them far more than the $ 250 they scammed from me today.

This place is amazing! When you walk in the colors will blow you away! The walls are covered with bright samples of their work. BizCard Xpress can do almost anything that can be printed.
I handed them a .PDF of a two-​sided business card I needed. They not only could reproduce it but they suggested improvements to the layout that made it better! When I needed yard signs, they asked what time that afternoon I wanted to pick them up!
The owners are wonderful to work with and very accommodating. They have an inside graphic artist to help with logos and layouts.
