Went in there on a Saturday Night. They were about to close. It was very crowded, and service was slow. So if you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go. The food was good though, with huge portions. It’s a good chain restaurant. Food was good. If you can get past customer service.

The best Chinese food in St. Louis. They give you a large portion at a reasonable price.

I wisely decided to get an oil change at 5:30pm before getting dinner… needless to say I was starving by the time my car was FINALLY finished at 7:45pm. While I was at NTB, I mentioned my craving for good, cheap Chinese take-​out and two different people recommended China House.
It. Was. Amazing. For under $ 16 I got a huge portion of Chicken Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken and rice, two jumbo eggrolls and 4 crab rangoons. It was some of the best Chicken Lo Mein I have ever had (I must admit, I judge every Chinese restaurant based on the quality of the lo mein — it’s kind of my weakness). The chicken was sauteed and cooked and then added with the lo mein, so it was juicy and amazing. And the hubby agreed that the food was amazing.
To make a long story short, the food was amazing, affordable, and fairly quick (15 – 20 minute wait). I would definitely recommend them!
