Description

Specialties

Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Sustainable Architecture and Interior Design services to private clients and institutions throughout the midwest.

History

Established in 1996.

In 1990 Schwetye Architects began what would become a diverse and successful practice providing quality services for residential and small commercial clients. In 1995 both Tyler Stephens and Michael Byrd met and worked briefly there before moving to different firms. Their two families remained close friends since that time.

In 2006 the two friends decided it was finally time to join forces. They both had strong ideas about design for urban environments and felt that combining Michael’s retail experience with Tyler’s lifestyle credentials would make some great architecture. In order to hit the ground running, they purchased Schwetye Architects and in June of 2007 renamed it CORE10 Architecture.

Now, located squarely in the city’s Central West End, the firm’s energy and strength is enhanced with a modern new office design ready to grow towards tomorrow.

Come stop by any time.
