I suggest going to the location off Lindbergh on the other side of 55. It is an actual AT&T store. They can better assist you there. The people who attempted to help me there were polite but it stopped there. I went to the other location and was fixed up immediately.

I love this store everyone here is super knowledgeable. They offer a large slection of AT&T wireless phones. Also they offer Uverse, Ineternet, TV and Direct TV as well.
I have had a screen on broken on one of my phones and this place has a service center that helped me get it fixed in a flash. I will come back in to this store if I ever need any phone help.
