This place is a rippoff, Do not get your car worked on here, They will Lie, Replace things you dont need. Tell you it will be 1 hour, only to take all day, After a few hours waiting, they will offer to drive you home. I have caught them in boges repairs, 2 times, and been misdiagnosed 4 times. They will come up with all kinds of tricks to bilk you out of money. The times i caught them, they reversed the bill. They told me i needed a PC Brain that runs the Brakes. over $ 2,000, Wrong, it was a antilock wheel speed sensor bad, Lied and said it threw a PC code, Wrong, the only code that came up, after i left was a wheel sensor & fuel pressure valve, that by the way they didnt find, as they were busy ripping me off. And to fix the entermitent loss traction light that has been coming on every now and then. They show me a bullitain to fix this, $ 600.00 bucks to install a new pig tail & relay switch. After taking my car to another place, It needed a sensor $ 300 bucks, now the light stopped coming on. only comes on now, when i lose traction, This must be the warning light that comes on when a wheel sensor goes bad. Told me they installed a daytime driving light $ 140.00, Talked to mechanic, he says, i put the blinker bulbs in backwards when i replaced them, he stated all he did was swap the bulbs that cost 3 bucks each, Somehow they charged me $ 140 bucks, till i complained to Dave JR, He removed the charge, This place has lied to me before. Never Again.

Purchased a 2016 Acadia Denali from Dave Sinclair. Our salesman Eric Enright was helpful, professional and made the entire process easy and pleasant. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Great experience!

We purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain Denali and while we are happy with the vehicle the purchase of the car was just so so. No one likes negotiating a purchase of a car. We don’t like the back and forth between us and the mythical person behind the curtain that determines the value of our trade in. Our last purchase of a new jeep at a local dealership was so much more enjoyable. The manager actually came out to talk to us before evaluating our trade in. He was upfront and honest about his determination and we felt very comfortable with the end result. If that dealership would have had the brand we wanted we would have bought from them. Dave Sinclair could use a few lessons in meeting and working with potential customers and take all the mystery out of a car purchase. Let’s get everything out in the open. And one other thing, we just dropped $ 31 000 at your dealership and we can’t seem to get answers to emails and notes left at the dealership concerning a missing part on our new car. I ended up having to call the service department directly to get the information I needed to get the part installed. So once the car is purchased and you have our money we just become another number in your book?

Leased a 2015 Buick Encore. It was a painless and quick deal. I went in knowing what I wanted, and got exactly that. In and out with a new vehicle in a couple hours total, including the introduction, test drive, deal, and finance. Very friendly staff, they answered all my questions, and I will be a repeat customer when my lease is over.

This was my first time at the service department for my first oil change on my new 2015 Terrain. David Chandler was a gentleman. David had my car washed and still 3 days later I’m getting compliments on how do I keep the car looking so clean. I look forward to dealing with all of Dave Sinclair people.

We purchased a 2015 Acadia. We were very satisfied with our customers service and felt that our salesman worked to get us a great deal. After this experience we would definitely buy from Dave Sincalir again.

After waiting almost 10 minutes in the service line, while the 2 cars in front of me were personally helped, I had to go in and inform someone that I had been waiting for someone to help me and that I had a scheduled appointment. I have been at the dealership almost 3 hours now for an oil change/​tire rotation and a very minor rattling noise that sounds like loose plastic. After 2 hours of waiting I went to ask about my vehicle and was told an oil change takes 1 ½ hours, and that the service tech took my car for a test drive and isn’t back. Not sure of the timeline but really wished I had paid attention mileage before they took my car back. The service guy told me that he had informed me that it might not be done for an 1 ½ hours and I responded that I had never owned a car that took that long for an oil change and tire rotation. Earlier a service guy came out to tell me he would get an update for me and his update was that the mechanic was being a «Diva» and would not give him a completion time. Not sure what to do. This is the only official service location in my area for my vehicle. It sucks that my warranty holds me hostage to this. I will have to come back here. Hopefully next time the experience is better. If you can go elsewhere, I definitely recommend to. If next time goes better I will definitely update this review… one can hope!

I’ve purchased from them in the past (2010) and loved my experience w/​Tony so when I saw the new Lacrosse deals they were my first stop. I communicated with Kathleen Jenkins via email over a couple of days and made an appointment to meet with her in person.
Strike 1: When I showed up at the dealership and asked for Kathleen, Chris Foerstel showed up instead and informed me that he would be helping me b/​c Kathleen was in the other building and apparently couldn’t be bothered walking over (did I mention we had a scheduled appointment)?
Strike 2: I told Chris that the deal was 100% dependent on the trade value for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee so I didn’t want to drive anything until I knew what they would give b/​c I didn’t want to waste his time or mine. Of course he said that wasn’t the process and insisted I drive the Lacrosse (which I did).
Strike 3: Before going into the dealership I researched the trade value for my car which was between 24k-​26k on KBB. When I sat down with Chris he said at auction my vehicle was worth 18k (really…you’re going to auction a 2013 Grand Cherokee w/​18k miles they gave me more for my 2008 Saturn Aura last time. This is a joke). At that point I thanked him for his time and asked for my keys back. He told me his manager had them b/​c he was going to look at my car and he left to go retrieve them. 5 minutes later he still was not back so I found him and his manager chatting in a cube and asked the manager for my keys back at which time he told me he didn’t have them… Chris had lied. My keys were still in his possession.
Do not do business here. These 3 are the worst of the worst.

I had a very very very bad experience with this dealership on 5-​13-​2015. I sent in the specs I was looking for on a 2015 GMC terrain on
and Dave Sinclair was the first to call me and offered a great price! at $ 21,361. Over the phone I explained I wanted to trade in my 2012 GMC terrain and that this new vehicle was one my employers were going to buy and put under the business name. Kathleen Is who me and my employer spoke with over speaker phone. She clearly stated that my Employer did not have to be present and that I could go ahead and leave and that she would have someone call my Employer and workout the details. I drove well over an hour to trade my 2012 and pick up the 2015 terrain. Upon arrival I was approached by Andrew Godfrey (he is the only reason they deserve any stars) he told me that Kathleen had told him about the conversation and that he would get me Squared away. After a long waiting process for them to appraise my car Andrew called me to his desk and said they would give me 10k for my 2012 GMC terrain which has 65 500 miles, Brand new tires and oil change. (Every other dealership I talked with offered me atleast 12k in trade) I laughed and said I needed 13k in trade and that I owed $ 12,362 on it still. Andrew went back and forth with his manager trying to get me my requested price. We finally came to an agreed upon price with trade in of my 2012 terrain the new 2015 terrain would be $ 23,600, Which is only about $ 400 cheaper then local dealers and 2k more then what I was quoted. But I had been there for 3 hours and was tired and just wanted to get in my new car and go home. After starting the paperwork I was told that the Owner/​Co-​owner of the business had to come in and sign. It was about 10PM and they whole reason my employers had me go up there is because they were to busy to go and Kathleen said they didn’t have to be present. So I left there very tired and cranky because I just wasted 4 hours of my life. their deal is still $ 400 cheaper then our local dealer so this morning (5-​14-​2015 10:19AM) I called andrew and said We would still purchase the 2015 terrain at the price agreed upon last night but they would have to deliver the vehicle. Andrew said he would ask his manager and call me back. He did call back and the answer was «NO We will not deliver»
1. Lied over the phone on several things.
2. Tried to majorly low ball my trade in.
3. Would not save face and deliver the vehicle even though they knew it was their fault that I had to drive over an hour and that they wasted 4 hours of my time last night.
Good job Andrew Godfrey going to bat for the costumer, The rest of the Dave Sinclair team was a complete joke.

Purchased a Sierra truck that I saw on
. Steve was helpful, knew the product, and made it an easy process. I would work with him again and recommend Sinclair GMC to anyone.

I had a very poor experience. I saw a «promotion» online that included multiple discounts and brought my car in for a trade-​in.
When we went through pricing, I was hit by a double-​whammy:
–They claimed my trade-​in quoted on Kelley Blue Book as being worth 6k was only worth 4k.
–One of the «incentives» listed online was no incentive at all.
In anger, I went down the street to Sunset Ford who gave me exactly what they advertised online and a fair trade-​in value.

I dropped off the car in the morning and got a ride back home using the shuttle service – my car was in for a recall and some 100,000 mile maintenance. Received several calls during the day regarding the status and then in the early evening when the work was complete took the shuttle service back to get the car. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and nice. I always use Dave Sinclair for work on my car. Like the fact that it is a union shop and that oil changes, etc., are competitively priced.

Met with Bob in used car sales today and found his honesty refreshing. Very courteous, helpful, friendly, and sincere. Wasn’t able to work out a deal today but I will be back when my affairs are in order. This is the RIGHT way to treat people!

My most recent experience was with Lonnie in the service department and she is now officially one of my very favorite people and not just at Dave Sinclair. She is the epitome of what great customer service is. She is friendly and upbeat and makes things happen. She was my service rep one other time and somehow, miraculously, remembers details about me that are not logged in your system anywhere. She took the time to get to know me, my situation and to get the job done right the first time. I will always request her, and recommend her, going forward.

I was met by Service Rep Lonnie and she took me through the process of what would be done. She escorted me to the waiting area and even returned to give me an update. The service was completed in less time than expected and Lonnie came and took me to retrieve my truck. She did an awesome job and was attentive even thought they were quite busy.

I have always received excellent service at Sinclair. They keep me current with the repairs and pricing needed, and explain if I have come in for a service that is close to being needed but not necessary at that time. I appreciate that they don’t do unnecessary repairs just for the money. The service personnel are always polite and easy to talk to. That is why I come back to Sinclair for service and new vehicles.

I bought a Buick LaCrosse and I love it!!! It is so beautiful. Hanna in IT helped me find some cars to test drive. She was fantastic and saved me time. She helped me find a car I love and that I can afford before I even got there. Lambert and Parviz and everyone I met were so nice, genuine and none of that fake over the top stuff. What a breath of fresh air after shopping at over 7 other dealers before this one. It was worth the drive from West County! Dave Sinclair made me feel comfortable, at ease and happy to buy a car. I will recommend your dealership to my friends.

Mike Johnson took great care of me when I brought my car in for the emissions and safety inspections. Turns out I had a bulb out that would have failed the safety inspection so he came out and informed me of this and gave me a detailed breakdown on how much it would cost to replace the bulb. I was in and out in around an hour. Top-​notch service as usual.

I was a lifetime sedan driver looking to purchase an SUV for the first time. A few different makes from both the Buick and GMC line were appealing. My car exploded on the highway. Coolant all over the place. My fleet people sent me here. It was just after hours… so they stayed until I got there.
I got a call right back the very next morning. It was under warranty and recall so they went ahead and started fixing as they were calling. I picked it up 4 hours later and the best thing yet happened. My car, which had been dirtier than it had ever been due to my job, was given a full wash with shampooing of the carpets… FREE.
Thank you Dave Sinclair. If I didn’t have to go through fleet I’d go back to you guys for the next ride but I can at least sing your praises.
