In 2013, a student fell off balcony from 23^rd floor. However since then no extra protection was added on the balcony. It was really dangerous on the balcony. The utensils in the apt is just ok. They give u window air conditioner that make loud noise. And cold wind will come through the air conditioner in winter, u need to buy an extra heater to survive winter in dorchester.

9 h was over looking the forest park. large kitchen upgraded. 2 bathrooms. 1110 sqft for 1385/month. you have to pay washing mashing and dryer at $ 1.50/load. the manager is not the greatest. she shrugs and groans on every sentence i asked her. the view was nice. No pool. no real good gym. Just paying for location. had balcony
