I use to come to this location often because it was near my work. It was always just average service, but the bagels are what keep me coming back. My last visit made me a bit upset. The customer is front of me was an employee not working at the time. They talked for a bit, which was okay. What really bothered me was when it was my turn, the woman who was in her mid to late 30’s with blonde hair, ignored me for a few minutes and left the front. When she returned, it was service I was pretty use to. Nothing great or remotely friendly. While she was making my bagel, she answered her cell phone with gloves on, talked for a minute or two and then continued to finish my bagel. When she handed me my little bag with my bagel in it there was cream cheese all over it. Because I was in such a hurry I did not stay to complain. I will not ever return to this location:).

Horrible customer service and rude employees. We come back every so often to give it another shot and are always disappointed. It’s too bad as the food is good.

Service has slipped in the past 6 months and shows no signs of recovery. We go every Saturday morning(used to) for 2 bagels and coffee. The staff is now different every week. They are slow, unfriendly, and inattentive. Often we get charged less than what we should so ownership is losing out, too. I’d let them know but I can’t imagine how long I’d have to wait for them to fix my bill. Bagels and coffee still taste great and it is usually very crowded, so I guess they won’t miss my business. Don’t look too closely at the furniture and counters or you’ll get grossed out.

It’s a chain. I guess I shouldn’t expect much. But when you walk in the door at 5:30am and there are 2 people working and you’re standing there waiting to order and they don’t even acknowledge you… ugh. I stood there waiting to order and eventually just went to the register where one of the employees was standing. Then I ordered a half dozen of everything bagels and some cream cheese. Guess what. They’re not ready yet. So in the meantime, while I wait for my order, I had a pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. At least that’s tasty. The person that was making the bagels brought them out to me and apologized.

Worst customer service — it took 10 minutes to get a bagel — they had two very unfriendly people working there that were clearly not happy to be there. Go to this Einstein’s if you want to wait a long time and have to deal with rude people

If you were also disappointed when St. Louis Bread Co. discontinued their sun-dried tomato cream cheese, for their asiago bagels, you’ll be pleased to learn that Einstein’s pairing is as equally as delicious… or arguably better.

Poor service — I need the guy behind the counter to know the difference between American cheese and cheddar. I can also do without attitude when the difference is pointed out to him. I haven’t been here in a long while — I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

I had a much better experience at this Einstein locations. Its decent size with plenty of booths. Its maintained well and still looks like its in good shape. It was fairly busy on a Sunday morning. I had the Turkey Egg Panini and it was delicious. It consisted of turkey sausage, green chili, Swiss cheese and scrambled eggs. It might be my favorite breakfast sandwich at Einsteins so far. I also had half of a walnut cinnamon strudel. It was very rich and sweet and warm. Would have paired nicely with a cup of coffee.

I really like their Six Cheese bagel. Don’t get here too often and that’s probably good because I’m sure it has about a thousand calories. I also like a veggie sandwich or pizza bagel. Quick in and out and also some sweets, healthier options, sides, and drinks, including coffee. I sometimes come for a sandwich if I’m going on a road trip because I hate stopping at fast food and it’s healthier(minus the six cheese bagel, ha ha). There is a girl here that’s really nice who has worked there awhile. She’s always friendly and helpful!

Chocolate chip bagels. Insanely delish! I usually come here for potato bagels, challah & some hummus. But, man their dessert bagels(Dutch Apple, etc.) are awesome. My taste buds can’t seem to get enough of their power packed sweetness. I am hoping they can make a chocolate or triple chocolate(white, milk & dark chocolate) bagel since I am a chocoholic. If only. They finally have wi-fi here. Thank goodness!
