Awesome service. Quick and spot on… i would give it a 5 out of 5, but when i do this, it back fires on me

Just took my Mazda 3 in for auto body repairs and was really impressed with both the work performed and the overall customer service experience. When I arrived, they had an Enterprise representative there ready to pick me up for a rental. The work performed was on time and met my expectations. They also have an online means of viewing progress and pictures as well.
Overall, very pleased.

I had my car repaired here last week and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and they were very clear what my car needed. They also gave me updates via text about the status of my car. Overall I give them high marks for excellent customer service and quality.

I just got my car back after someone ran a red light and hit my front end causing $ 5000 worth of damage. It looks brand new and color matches perfectly! I would highly recommend them! And their customer service was excellent!

After posting my review and having to go to another repair company due to the fact that Ernie Patti caused additional damage on my car AND they did not repair parts they were suppose to complete, I get a harrassing email from the owner. BE AWARE FOLKS!!!

I’ve taken my car here for every accident I’ve had work done. They have always done a good job and have a relationship with Enterprise to come get you with a rental car.

Had to take my car here to get body work fixed because of an uninsured driver hitting my car while it was parked. The situation was confusing because my insurance was paying for the repair in damages. My car is with me in Missouri, but the insurance and title for the car are under my parents in Illinois. EP’s was one of the in-​network auto body shops for State Farm (which is my insurance provider) in St. Louis. EP’s did a great job on the actual work on the car and my car looks good as new!!! The actual labor and work really made me happy.
However, the service was a different story. Somewhat slow (2 full weeks from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up) and the communication was horrible. I had to call them several times to get updates and/​or pricing or status. It was almost as if they expected me to know the process with filing through the insurance or steps to ordering parts and fixing the car. They were unprofessional in the office, taking smoke breaks and answering phone calls mid-​conversations with me. Also, my car was ready and sitting there for 2+ days before they called me to let me know. I didn’t have a rental car and was carpooling with my husband everywhere, so it would have been helpful to get the car as soon as they finished. They were fully aware that I didn’t have a backup vehicle, and didn’t speed up the process or communicate effectively during this time.
Pricing was fair, or at least I thought so. I only had to pay my deductible with the insurance company, so not sure what the prices were like compared to other auto body services.
Overall, great place to take your car if you want your car fixed right and if you don’t mind slow and crappy customer service.

Through no fault of my own, I’ve unfortunately had to take my car here twice. That «unfortunately» refers to the circumstances of my vehicle, and not to the service at Ernie Patti. Regarding that service, I have to say that EP’s does a good job quickly and fairly. If you’re paying out of pocket, they might be inclined to sell you some «extra» parts and services, but that shouldn’t dissuade you from considering EP’s if you find yourself in an unfortunate vehicular situation.
