Customer service is not their strong point. They were nice enough when my husband and I set up our accounts there but recently we had an issue with our checking account (it was not the bank’s fault). I called the bank to talk to them about it and the «lady» that answered was less than friendly. She was very cold and didn’t act like she gave a damn. The issue wasn’t their fault but it would at least help if she were friendly. To be honest her demeanor was the most frustrating of the whole issue. My husband called later in the day to talk to them and I’m guessing he spoke to the same person… guess what, she was still not friendly. With the beauty of online and mobile banking we may not have to deal with people at the bank much, but when we do it would be nice if they didn’t act like you’re wasting their time.

BAD Business! If I could give negative stars, I would… When I moved they shut off my ATM/​CREDIT CARD while I was away on business because I called in a request for a new ATM card. I was stuck in another city using only my company credit card…
The manager was not helpful or understanding of my situation when I called from New York to see what happened and said there was little they could do.
BAD BAD BAD business! If your looking for that home town bank, great, go here; but if that is the case, I am doubting that you have a pc or Internet access.
