Secretarial staff was HORRIBLE. Entirely unsympathetic to the urgency of my situation, even after seeing firsthand the work that needed to be done. Secretary/​assistant was inexcusably unpleasant, moaning and groaning about every request, including those that are simply a part of her job. This experience led to x-​rays being taken which will now not be used but must be paid for anyway and an office visit which was pointless. Also, weeks of time were wasted on this, causing the initial issue to become worse. Based on my experience with the staff at Dr. Genthe’s office, I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. Simply a horrible experience.
