I have never used this service but I’ve went out of my way to do this because of the twice bad experience. I’ve never used ghost armor before and I have had a not so good experience first at all. The first time I got there to this location in West County mall, I seemed to be bothering him with the fact that I was there first of all and that I was there off a groupon. He stated that I was sure they didn’t run that anymore. At any rate, after he installed it he stated to keep the phone wrapped up in the napkin for an hour or at least 45min and not to put any other cases on it for 24hrs and not to put it in your pocket for the same amount of time. Followed that explicitly and then one of the corners started to come off after 6days. So I decided to head over on a Friday night after work to have them take a look at it. When I arrived a women was waiting there and she said she was waiting for over the 20min the sign stated they would return in. We noticed that the drawer that they keep the products(or at least that is where I saw them retrieve the ghost armor) in was open and nobody around. Anyway, I waited there for about 15min then he arrived I went up and explained and showed him the corner that was coming off. He looked at it and stated in very annoyed tone«did you keep it out of your pocket when it was installed?» I said yes did. No reply… He then proceeded to start installing a new one. After it was done I told him that I kept the phone in the napkin for the 45min like the fist guy told me l. He said«no no I know that guy he’s my business partner» I know what he said and it was not to keep it in the napkin for 45−1hour. He said that very rudely and was very edgy. I stated so now your saying that I am lying and that I cannot follow directions. He just looked at me stunned as if he was shocked I said anything… I am so surprised that he has a business partner. it’s about a good customer experience to retain and creat repeat business… My experience was not good and I don’t recommend this Particular place but I’m sure it’s a good product only that on the iPhone6 it may not be the best for in my opinion.

I will never do business wth these guys again. The salesman was very rude. He acted like I was doing him a favor to buy his product. Also, I had two occasions to replace my screen protector. Both times when I went in they didn’t have the correct one. They ordered it in but when I came in to pick it up the salesperson said it had come in but they must have sold it to someone else. Don’t buy it for iPhone 6! It’s peeled off twice in 1 week and we absolutely followed all instructions given by the rep. We were told by friends that it works great but maybe iphone 6 just too thin.

Let me preface by saying I’ve heard that Ghost Armor is a great screen protector, with a lifetime warranty. Which is why I’ve attempted to get one. In fact, I’ve tried several times at this location. I travel for a living, so have limited time for shopping when home. I am near West County Center fairly frequently though, so popping by is not that far out of my way. However, until I can actually get a Ghost Armor screen protector, I will have to give this location a very poor review. Today was my 4th visit attempting to get a new Ghost Armor screen protector installed on my iPhone. This was also the 4th time I was told: «sorry, we just ran out! I can give you a colored protector or full-phone cover though.» The(same) guy at the kiosk claims each time that they’ve been swamped, but only once has he not been sitting there reading his iPhone. No day has ever been provided to me when I might be able to get a screen-only protector installed, though I’ve asked. Seems an awful lot like bait & switch. I have never quite dealt with a company with whom I’ve tried to give business who clearly would just prefer to surf on his iPhone if I won’t won’t capitulate to an up-charge for services & products that I don’t need. Will I give this location another shot? What do you think?

This place has an awesome product with great customer service. I read great reviews online about this product, and it meet all my expectations. When i went there i was helped by Brad he went over all the information about the armor, and warranty info. I’ll be back to get all my other electronics done. I would highly reccomend this product to anyone looking for this kind of protection.
