We are a Gourmet Greek and Mediterranean food truck. Menu items include classic Greek Gyro’s Carved fresh from the spit, Grilled Chicken Souvlaki Gyro’s, Chicken Tahini Gyro’s, Veggie Gyro’s, all served with chips. We also have Small and Large Greek salads, Add grilled chicken Souvlaki or Gyro Meat of you like, served with a side of our delicsious homemade Greek Salad Dressing. Weekly specials may include Bifteki Gyro (homemade Greek burger), spanokopita (delicious spinach pie), Baklava, seasonal Greek soups and stews and more!
Our food is made fresh every day. Prepped daily in our commissary and cooked fresh on the truck. We use the highest quality ingredients including Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We serve lunch at various locations throughout St. Louis City and County, and offer private catering and direct service to corporations.
History

Meet the Business Owner
Nick C.
Business Owner
Nick and his wife Laura are both Greek-Americans who grew up in the restaurant business. For Nick, cooking was always a passion but when food trucks came rolling into town, he decided to make it a profession. In May 2011, he bought a brand new 16 foot workhorse truck and almost singlehandedly installed a first class, commercial grade kitchen within it. Nick does everything with tremendous attention to detail and incredibly high standards, including cooking Greek food. He is excited to bring mobile Greek food to St. Louisans on the go! Laura assists Nick on the truck (and in life!). They are the lucky parents of Nicholas, age 6 and Sophie, age 3.
