HopeMark Preschool specializes in preparing your preschool aged child for Kindergarten socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through play based learning and hands on experience. We are proud to employ certified teachers who take additional coursework in early childhood education in order to remain current in this dynamic field. Our classrooms are self contained, which allows your child to stay in the same classroom with the same teachers each day. Classrooms are equipped to accommodate all areas of learning; dramatic/​imaginative play, fine motor manipulative toys, art supplies, play dough, sensory exploration, and a reading/​listening area, as well as time set aside for gross motor play each day. At HopeMark, we are a family! Our teachers will truly get to know your child and his or her best learning style. Lifelong friendships are fostered not only between our children, but often among parents as well! We are a community of caring, dedicated people with a common goal in mind; to provide the best education and environment for your preschooler!

History

Established in 1971.

HopeMark Preschool was founded as a community outreach program between St. Mark’s Episcopalian Church and Hope United Church of Christ. For over forty years we have been preparing the children of Saint Louis Hills and the surrounding community for a lifelong love of learning!

Meet the Manager

Jeanne R.

Manager

Jeanne is celebrating her 10^th year at HopeMark, having spent her first four years as a teacher, and the last six years as the director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She received her Early Childhood certification at Forest Park Community College.
