Horrible pizza. I should have listened to the reviews. Pizza was hot but had a horrible taste. I have never wanted to purge before, but this pizza made me want to do just that. Do not order this pizza, even if a local recommends it.

Ok. I don’t know what people from St. Louis think pizza is, but this is definitely NOT it. This was disgusting. There was something really wrong with the cheese; I’m guessing it was American cheese, which, quite frankly, a person should be shot for using on pizza(or anything for that matter). The crust was dense and moist and under-cooked. My experience with food in the mid-west has been bad everywhere I’ve been, from Oklahoma to Ohio. Apparently fresh, natural, quality food is a foreign concept out here, but even for the mid-west, this was bad. Hotel staff recommended it and apparently it’s a local institution, which only further proves my theory that the mid-west doesn’t know what real food is, all they know are cheap, crappy chains. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Even Dominos is better than this crap.

Ordered a pizza based on recommendation from hotel desk staff at the Hilton Garden Inn. When I called to order the guy was very pleasant and offered me a nice discount on a medium thin crust, so I added in an order of breadsticks as well. He estimated a delivery time of 30 – 40 minutes. An hour later the pizza shows up and I could tell it had been sitting on the counter or in the delivery for a long time. The cheese was glossed over and visually not appealing at all. However I had not eaten since the previous night and ate it anyway. The breadsticks were delicious though and I suspect the pizza would have been as well had it been delivered quickly. Granted the driver told me the other driver had called in so he was running behind. I would try this again next visit just to be sure because like I said the hotel desk staff were very complimentary to Imo’s.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have every experienced in my entire life. I came into the store to add on to an order my mother previously paid for and when I walked in the was completely ignored. After I waited to be at least acknowledged, the older man with glasses abruptly shouted, «one second!» Then he made me wait longer still staring at a computer screen. When I finally decided to tell him what I needed, he shouted, «one second, I just told you one second! I have other customers!!» I just left… they won’t receive a dime from me, family or friends again. I’ll make sure of that!

I love Imos but this location is horrible!!! I ordered 1 Large 2 Topping pizza and a large soda… They told me it would be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes! It took longer but less than an hour. When I sat down to eat the pizza it was cold!!! It wasn’t ice cold but it wasn’t warm at all! I called and spoke to the manager and he tried to argue with me about how long the pizza took and the temperature of the pizza. his exact words were«it is know way that they pizza could be cold» and«it didn’t take that long cus it hasn’t been an hour and he’s(the delivery guy) is already back» how rude to argue with a paying customer and he told me he would need the pizza back to give me a cold one but why wait another 50 minutes for another cold pizza? Don’t order from here ever!!!

Our first St Louis style pizza. Ordered for hotel delivery and came hot and as promised. Lots of cheese and toppings. Had the deluxe and the toppings were large pieces. Rally enjoyed it.

Pizza just OK. They need to put some parchment paper between the pizza and the box. Delivery took about an hour.

This is the square beyond compare. This is the Imos in my area. I have several of their stores that will deliver to my door. But this is the store I use only for home delivery. Food to die for and service is great! No wonder I been using Imo’s since the early 1970s. Gourmet pizza in STL!

Yuck! My pizza was greasy and cold. The door locks after 9 pm and you have to knock(very loudly and repeatedly) until one of owners decides to open the door. They should really consider moving if they’re that afraid of the clientele.

I was really excited about ordering a pizza and watching a football game. Instead, I ordered a piece of cardboard with some cheese on it. It was really bad. I should have ordered crappy pizza hut or some thing. Very disappointing. I would never order this again.

Imo’s Pizza has the best pizza in St. Louis(IMO) and this location has always been one of my favorites for the past few years. The pizza is always perfect, sandwiches are delicious, and the salads are awesome. The staff is always friendly and waiting area is always clean.
