The food is overpriced for what it is, but I know that going into it, so I won’t ding them on that. What really burns me is that while only being 3 blocks from my house, it consistently takes 30 minutes to an hour my food to arrive despite the time of day. The delivery drivers are every time sweet, apologetic, and very professional, and any time I call to ensure that my order went through and is in fact on its way, I’m told(paraphrasing) «We’re super short handed tonight. I’m sure it will be there soon. So sorry.» Unfortunately that line wears thin. If that’s the case, please staff more adequately, during peak hours especially. I could more quickly walk my lazy bones up there to get it, but should I choose and pay for delivery, I’d appreciate it within the freaky fast time window advertised. Upside: my order is always correct. Downside: I’ve grown a beard and sent the kids off to college whilst waiting for my order.

This Jimmy John’s location consistently takes 45 – 60 minutes to deliver and almost always messes up my sandwiches. If I order more than one sandwich, they put the extras on the wrong sandwich or just forget them entirely. JJs should stop advertising as freaky fast because 80 percent of the time they’re just slow.

This location is less than 1 mile from my apartment but the average delivery time for my one-sandwich order is about 45 minutes

Horrible horrible I can’t believe everything was fine great cheery manager answer the phone takes my meal order then 25 minutes go by and I stepped outside after seeing what appeared to be my driver with my food just sitting in their vehicle with no Jimmy Johns sign on there vehicle the girl who weights all of 90 pounds soaking wet calls me on my phone lies to me and tells me she’s knocked on every door which was obviously false cuz I watched her pull up not acceptable then the manager when I called about it says I don’t know what you want me to do about it she was scared! Might I add that my door opens onto a well well lit Cherokee street and a bus stop! And I could have walked and got it much faster! Food tasted alright!

I visited your sandwich shop for the first time yesterday. I went to the location in St Louis Mo on South Grand. I ordered the veggie sandwich(which was amazing) and then a turkey with cheese for my daughter. After I paid my kiddo mentioned she would like lettuce on her sandwich. No one was in line so I asked the sandwich maker If he could pls add lettuce. He acted like I asked him to break a cardinal sin. He went on to tell me what I ordered didn’t include lettuce and I needed to next time order it ahead so I would pay for lettuce. I don’t know the Laws of Jimmy Johns… needless to say we didn’t get the lettuce… and we won’t be back to that location. I mentioned it to a few friends who live locally and they all said they dodge that location because of the service and attitudes. …really really bad first impression

We live in a marvelous time. This place has always delivered to my place within 15 minutes of ordering. Is it the best food ever? No, but it’s in my hands right now, which makes it default best food ever.

I ordered a sandwich before work. 30 minutes passed and I called wondering where my sandwich was. Manager Kat had the nerve to tell me I was on the edge of the delivery zone which is why it was taking so long. It got to 40 minutes and had to cancel my order because I had to go to work. Do not order from these people!!!

we order delivery from this location frequently and they are consistently super fast. we order from either their website or from our phone apps and our order has never been faulty or took too long. even when we order on site, we never have any issues. i always appreciate how hassle-free they are! two thumbs up!

The food was consistent with what I have gotten(delivered) from other JJ’s restaurants, but there was almost no customer service when eating at this location. Took my order, took my money, handed me my change and sandwiches and disappeared. No receipt, no cup for my fountain drink, no explanation that I was to retrieve my own chips and bottled waters. Not a single napkin or dispenser for napkins anywhere in the dining room. Ended up having to go get paper towels from the bathroom. Subway is cheaper, Eovaldi’s food is better and they both have better customer service. Won’t be going back.

Ordered two different sandwiches. Came home and unwrapped two identical sandwiches. Called the store and spoke with a manager who was suspicious of how a mistake could have possibly happened in a noisy sandwich shop at dinner time where humans are employed. We played twenty questions about receipt and order information because yeah, I TOTALLY held on to my sandwich receipts when I pay cash. The manager was kind enough finally to offer me a free bag of chips the next time I stop in… which will be between never and never. You can just save that bag of chips, bro, and I’ll just go somewhere they value me enough to pay attention and make my order correctly the next time I’m jonesin to pay $ 18 for some cold cuts on semi-hard«fresh» bread. Smells are indeed still free tho, so you got me there.

I ordered my food from this location to be delivered to a bar/restaurant less than a mile away. It took 35 minutes. Upon delivering my sub to me sitting at the bar, the delivery driver took a shot from the bartender. I asked him, «Is this what you were doing that took my sub so long to get here?». He didn’t say anything and walked out. Gotta love a delivery driver who drinks on the job.

if you ask for something to not be on your sandwich, expect it to be there anyway. Oh, and i didnt know 45 minutes was considered«freaky fast». the drivers are all great people though, i dont blame them. i order jimmy johns frequently and continuously have these problems

It’s a sandwich, what can you say? It’s a super boring sandwich at that. There are no options for hot subs or soup. No sliced pickles for the sandwiches. Whaaaa? But they do deliver so you can sit on your couch and not venture into this frozen tundra. Also, the order taker guy was really friendly and accommodating. Love friendly people at 1a!

Sandwich was made quickly but made incorrectly. Paid for extras and did not get them. One was made on french toast but advertised as 7-grain wheat bread. very disappointed in final product.

Really wish this location delivered a bit farther, as there is no location that will deliver to my area(South City – grand & meramec area – a 5 minute drive). Also wish they were open later, as I’d like to be able to stop by after the 3:00 bars close. I understand they probably did a cost/profit assessment an concluded it wold be less busy than the other locations that are open until 4, but it still would be nice if I could get my late night Jimmy Johns fix. Food is pretty much the same as other Jimmy Johns: fast & tasty. I love their cookies &BBQ chips.
