I’ve been here twice now and I love it! Living in Phoenix, I got spoiled by good(and real) Mexican food. Coming to St. Louis, well… it’s very limited here. This grocery store has everything I need when I want to cook something yummy and they have a great little restaurant! I got the enchiladas both times and they were great but he got the tacos the first time and the torta last time. Wow! I also love the sauces they put on the table. Hot really is hot! Not mild! I can’t wait to go back.

We got 4 tacos, beans and a coke. It cost 15 $ and it was just chicken with lettuce. We picked up the taco and the shell was already soggy by the time it got to our table, so our meat and lettuce fell out we had to eat with a spoon. The beans were good and they give u a good amount but they wernt hot and we sent them back to get warmed.

They have tamales here. You just have to call & place an order. The chicken with green salsa tamales were delish! Kind of spicy, but not toooo spicy. Simply awesome! $ 2 per tamale.

Second time had a tostada with beans & rice; first was a combo burrito — both excellent! The green sauce is beyond mild, but not over the top. Menudo on Saturdays & Sundays
