Well, they failed at both making me feel good or look good!!! This place is a hot ghetto mess…
Ghetto interior, dirty & dim room in back for manicures. They started my mani-​pedi service appt (NOT walk-​in), 20 min. late. Used «dollar store» brand polish remover, took about 15 min. to remove toenail polish. No cotton balls or toe separators — technician used brown paper towel bits to remove polish and to separate toes!
Dr. Scholl’s economy size (small plastic, for home use) used for foot soak, big rubbermaid bowl for hand soak. Office chairs to sit in during service… with massage pad draped over, almost painful to sit for very slow service!
Toe nails came out looking pretty decent, put my fingernails were hot mess. Uneven shapes & lengths when filed. Overall polish looks real rough, clumpy, uneven coating & missed areas on 2nd coat. I wouldn’t recommend this place for mani-​pedi if it were FREE.
