Zero stars. I bought a deal from Amazon for a Mani/pedi and was completely unable to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. The voicemail at this business appears to be a personal phone number, and I received no response to my email(although, to be fair, I didn’t wait very long for a response). After calling several times and having my call sent straight to voicemail — and perusing the website to find no information on hours or pricing, etc — I requested a refund. At least Amazon has good customer service! If the owner/staff is unable to handle the volume that an Amazon deal might bring in — I would understand… but some sort of message should be communicated to customers — either via voicemail or automated email message or website display. Leaving customers in the dark is not the way to run a successful business.

I will never go here again. Previously, I had purchased an online voucher for a facial and shellac mani. The facial was pleasant but the mani chipped rather quickly. I will give that woman credit, since she scheduled an appointment with me to return and repair the damage(she actually redid both hands). It chipped again about a week later(shellac is supposed to last 10 – 14 days for anyone who is unaware) but I just chalked it up to the shellac– however later I realized she just didn’t do it right. Recently, I attempted to return. I called to schedule an appointment through their main number but no one answered so I left a voicemail. No one called me back so I tried calling again 3 more times the next day. When I couldn’t get a hold of anyone I decided I would swing by since I was in the area. I went in and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in for another day. When I mentioned that I called and that they should call their customers back, I received a crass attitude from a stylist who claims they do call their customers back. Four attempts at a phone call would say otherwise. This is a joke of a salon. The décor is ragged. Their pedicure station is nothing but an office chair with an at-home foot bath. The sign is a vinyl sign that has been thumbtacked to the façade and their window sign was created with mailbox lettering stickers. The staff is horrid(besides the first woman who went out of her way). This place is extremely hoosiery.
