Brian McChesney and Craig Ortwerth found their firm in 2006 to provide superior legal services to people who have been seriously injured and the families’ of those who have been killed by truck accidents, auto accidents, dangerous consumer products, occupational and industrial accidents, fires and explosions, and other careless or negligent acts in personal injury.

Business Owner

Craig Ortwerth has been a life-​long St. Louis resident.

Craig received his B.A. degree from Drake University in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-​Columbia School of Law in 1998. Craig has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, truck accidents, products liability and medical malpractice.

Craig is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Missouri Bar and Illinois Bar Association.
