Worst experience ever, extremely rude! I guess I caught him in a bad time or something, he didn’t wanna talk to you at all or maybe they just have too many businesses. All he said was we are pretty busy right now, depends on what you want. He had no intention to help us unless we gonna bring tons of business!!! I guess I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Michael Proctor designed perfect window treatments for three areas within my open plan kitchen and family room space. The space includes two bay window areas, which I had NO idea of what to do with. I’m so happy with these custom window treatments! Michael Procter outbid a large local company by over HALF the cost and was so professional and easy to work with. I would take every opportunity to recommend his work.

You really can’t get a better person to handle your window treatments in St. Louis. Michael Proctor has more than 35 years of experience in the drapery and blinds industry. He’s incredible easy to work with, and does a great job providing in home service.
He doesn’t have a store, but will bring samples to your home, he got us a great price, and saved us a lot of money. Highly recommended!
