Rock Workout is a great place to work out and focus on yourself! The atmosphere is such that you can pay attention to what you are working on and how to progress. Val is the owner and a master personal trainer. She is by far the best trainer in St. Louis! She pays attention to the unique individual and ensures they are getting the best possible workout to meet their goals. I highly recommend Rock Workout!

I’ve been training with Val for 2 years and she’s hands down the best. The classes are forever challenging, no matter how many times you go, there’s always some new torturous awesome movement she comes up with. It’s a very personal experience, and all the trainers are great.

I’m a big fan! :) Although I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks, the classes are small and great, always a good workout! There is a lot of variety of equipment, and in a very cool layout!
Great group classes! Grab a friend and try out one of their TRX classes! You’ll be so sore the next day. but it’s a good kind of sore!
