Scrubby Dutch Cleaning

Had the worst experience with this company in my recent Move in /​out cleaning.
Nothing was done. When I called to discuss the issue, was told «we don’t do that. I knew they didn’t do the inside of the fridge, but the grate at the bottom of the doors and the sides are clearly NOT the I side. I will never use or refer this company to anyone. $ 130 to wipe off a glass door and partially 2 counter tops is a JOKE!

I requested an estimate online and received a phone call less than 15 minutes later. A team was available the next day. Team #8 arrived on time and did a walk through to discuss exactly what I needed. They did a fantastic job and got much more completed than I could have wished for. At the completion of the job they asked me to walk through again to insure the job met my standards. Friendly, quick, efficient service that surpassed my expectations all at a great price! I’m a new believer in professional cleaning by Scrubby Dutch!

Called to have an empty house cleaned. I live out of state so the cleaning would need to be done without supervision. Mistake!
I did not receive a call indicating that the property was done. Which, I decided was not a big deal as long as the work was completed. Lo and behold fast forward a week later, I have a realtor go in the check the house and to my surprise I am told the house is filty and that trash was left in the garage (there was a large garbage can which could have been used). Needless to say, due to the time passed I have decided not to pursue corrective action or request a refund for work they clearly never did. I just will NEVER use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone! If you are not there to WATCH them the whole time I would not advise using this company. By the way… DeeDee is very nice on the phone:).

Horrible experience. I called to have my home cleaned and boy was that a mistake. I should have just kept my money. First, they were late to the scheduled appoint time. That was not the issue, I understand if they are running behind because one home took longer to clean, ok. However, they came in started cleaning and I went to the basement to give them space. After 45 minutes or so I didn’t hear any noise from upstairs so I walked up and they were already gone! No one came to get me to review the home, so I was aggravated. I figured I would look around to see how things went, what a mess.
I started looking around in the bedroom, the bed was made sloppy, the window treatments had dust on them. Then in the kitchen half the dishes weren’t cleaned there were still pots and pans sitting on the stove. Then my biggest issue was the bathroom. I have tile, so you can see everything! Nothing was cleaned, there was areas on the floor that needed to be cleaned and the toilet as well. I also had a problem that it didn’t smell clean. I like the smells of cleaning products, then at least it smells like you did some work. I called and complained, however they could not returned the next day because it was Saturday. They offered to come on Wednesday my day off, but I ended up having to work and was not letting people in my home unsupervised. The manager did nothing to resolved the problems. She offered no solutions and did not apologize/​for the poor service. I would not use them ever again and would NOT recommend.

Extremely happy with the move-​in cleaning they did to my mom’s new rental! Plus, the staff is super friendly and quick to schedule appointments. We’ll definitely use them again!

I couldn’t be an happier to write a review. We had NEVER had the pleasure to have someone come and clean our home. Once I finally decided to call in some cleaning help… after having our homes vents cleaned professionally. I was amazed by what a wonderful job Dawn and Britney did on our home. They put the extra time and effort into making sure everything as clean as humanly possible! Not to mention the ladies were so friendly and it really was as reasonable as I could get price wise. I will forever be a big fan of Scrubby Dutch Cleaning. Actually decided to use them twice a month!
