I have been a patient of Dr. Dedrickson for many years. I have had wonderful experiences with both Dr. Dedrickson and his dedicated staff. They are professional, caring and excellent at what they do. You will be greeted warmly by Michelle upon your arrival and feel as though you are in very capable hands with both of his hygienists, Richelle and Amy. His able assistant Colleen is also very friendly. The office is decorated beautifully and all the views from the dental chairs overlook the city. The parking is convenient as you can park in the garage of the Sevens building and walk right up, no worries with weather or finding a parking space. They also validate which is a plus! I would highly recommend Sevens Dental.

Yes, I most certainly did page the number on your website, but I also left a voicemail indicating that I realized I was not a current patient, so if you could not return my call that evening, could someone please do so during business hours as a new patient. i left my cell phone and office numbers and never received a single call back.
Note that there is no apology in Steve’s comment defending their timeliness 1.5 years after I posted a review. He is also saying I am lying about calling them, when there is no possible way he remembers 1.5 years later whether or not I called.

I have been going to see Dr. Dedrickson at Sevens Dental since 2000 when I started a job in the Sevens Building. He is a great guy and I have a huge amount of respect for him as a person and as a dentist.
His staff are really organized and very friendly. I have never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. My insurance claims are always processed quickly and accurately.
Richelle has been my dental hygienist for much of the time I have been going to Sevens Dental. She is always working to stay up with the latest research and techniques.
Parking is available in the attached garage and they validate.
Even though I no longer work in Clayton and it is a bit of a drive to get to Sevens Dental, I am happy to do so. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming here since moving to StL in 2006. Dr. Dedrickson and his staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable, and his office is extremely clean and has the latest in dental technology (I love when they take x-​rays and you can see the images immediately on the computer screen by your chair). Erin the receptionist always greets you by name when you enter, and she always takes the time to review any questions/​updates when it comes to insurance. My dental hygienist Richelle is very gentle and always explains everything that she’s doing.
I’ve never had to wait for my appt — they are always on time and are accommodating when I am running late or need to reschedule. I also love that the smaller office layout means individualized attention and having a quiet and peaceful appt.
The office is conveniently located in Clayton and has its own parking garage (bring your ticket to your appt so Erin can validate it for you).
