Steak ‘n Shake

Drive thru is horrible just drive by and see for yourself all the cars in line. Waited 50 minutes for a very small order. They never even said thanks for the long wait ! Upper management, district or ceo if your reading this, your losing business in drive thur ! I’ve seen many cars leaving not wanting to wait ! I’ve seen this happen a lot of times!

This Steak ‘n Shake location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I always try to give them a chance because it’s right down the street but never will I return after this experience. Drive through time was over 30 minutes. Corporate really needs to make some changes.

The food always comes out fresh but expect to wait in the drive-​thru for at least 20+ minutes. Steak ‘N Shakes have always been notorious for long drive-​thru lines but this is a little excessive.

Ok for a 45 minute wait at the drive through at least the food was correct and hot. There was no apology for the wait time and the girl at the window was unfriendly. It took 25 minutes to get to the box to order with only 4 cars in front of me. Corporate needs to visit this location because service this poor is a problem within management. I know the food is made to order but the max wait time for each car is 8 minutes, but needs to be done by at least 3 minutes. I’ve worked at a Steak ‘n Shake. This is unacceptable. What if someone has a health issue like diabetes? They could be in a coma by the time they get to them. Ridiculous.
Update: I went inside this time where there were maybe 3 tables sat and 3 people waiting on orders at the counter. It took 25 minutes to get 2 milkshakes and out of all the employees there, no one had any hustle or sense of urgency to get food out in a timely manner, and I never saw a manager. This location needs A LOT of help. I won’t even mention the people ahead of me or their wait times. Also I’m surprised the cooks pants were still on since they were past his ass.

Great fast food menu and good price options. Burgers are delicious and I like their thin crispy fries. Not healthy but when you want something quick fast and cheap. It’s one of the better Options.
