Stonebridge roofing did a great job repairing my roof when the recent storms took out a vent cap and tore off a piece of my fascia. Work was speedy and affordable.

I had a great experience with Fernando at Stonebridge. He was always very polite and very responsive. They did a great job for a great price. Not only that, they were super flexible to work around the schedule of our other contractors, as it was a big project. And even when it rained and there could have been a delay, they were able to stay on schedule so our project could stay on schedule. No doubt I would hire them again.

They were great! New roof looks great and they helped me jump through all the hoops my insurance company needed.

I currently live out of state and learned of some roof leakage at the house we are selling. I came across Stonebridge Roofing while doing a Unilocal​.Com search and gave them a call. I received a quote the next day. Work was completed within 2 days of signed contract. they were very easy to work with long distance, I even received photos of the completed work.

After the hail storm that hit Ballwin, I did a Unilocal review of good roofing companies, and came across Stonebridge Roofing. I took a chance, as I knew I didn’t want to use one of the companies that came knocking down my door on a daily basis.
Stonebridge did an excellent job. I had relatives coming in 10 days from the initial consultation. The moved some things around and were able to get my roof, downspouts, gutters, and screens fixed, all before the family arrived. Fernando did a great job communicating to me what needed to be done, and got him team to do a very good job!
I would strongly recommend Stonebridge to anyone who is looking for a quality, and quick roofing company!

Seven years ago we were told by our home inspector (when buying our current house) that we should consider having our roof looked at in the next couple of years. In spite of no leaking or other issues in the meantime, we decided to finally make the roof a priority. We called 4 roofers for estimates. Two didn’t call us back after repeated attempts to schedule appointments. One required we both be present for the estimate, didn’t even get on the roof to look at it, and gave us an extremely long-​winded hard sales pitch with an astronomical estimate that was written on his business card, not even a formal estimate. After I said no, that one then dropped the bid down by a third. If that’s not a bunch of red flags, I don’t know what is.
When I called Stonebridge to schedule an appointment, they were willing to look at our roof without us even having to be present (super convenient so that we didn’t have to take time off work), actually got on the roof to inspect it, and called back with a recommendation that we NOT replace the roof yet. Mike told us that the only current potential issue was old bolts from a past satellite dish, that we just needed to caulk around to make sure they didn’t leak in the future. He gave me a detailed rundown of exactly the condition of our current roof, and suggested that we call them periodically to come out and check on the roof condition. WHAT??? A company that is willing to put in the time and effort without a guarantee that they’ll see any revenue???
Mike, and Stonebridge by extension, demonstrated all of the things I want from a company — putting the customer’s convenience first, thoroughness, honesty, confidence, and knowledge. I will definitely be keeping their number on hand.
We thought it was a foregone conclusion that we would be paying to replace our roof this year. Now, my husband is already telling me how he wants to spend our roofing budget money…

I am updating my review to add a fifth star. Since my last review on them, I have used Stonebridge Roofing two more times on a condo I rehabbed in Saint Louis City: once for full window removal/​installation (I provided the five windows) and the next time to caulk and flash the front exterior door. On both occasions I worked with Fernando and his team.
The second time Fernando’s team was out, at no additional cost, they also fixed an issue that had come up after they had installed the window earlier this year (the front window opening mechanism needed to be oiled).
Fernando was on top of things and up until the second service was complete, he did everything as promised. That said, at the time I write this review I am still waiting on a Paid-​in-​Full receipt for the exterior door work despite the fact Fernando promised to mail it the following day (that was a week ago).
One thing I would like to note: the services I hired Stonebridge Roofing for have been excellent and I will continue to consider hiring them in the future. However, both Mike and Fernando are very aggressive about getting 5 star reviews on Unilocal,YP, Google, and Angie’s List. If this is something that bothers you or makes your uncomfortable, I would consider looking for a contractor elsewhere.

Every time it rained outside it was also raining in my closet. I called Stonebridge Roofing and they located the source of the leak, and handled it promptly. Very professional! Stonebridge also did overall maintenance and extended the life of my roof. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend!

I recently had Stonebridge come out to my Creve Coeur home to give an unbiased evaluation of my roof, as several neighbors had recently replaced roofs due to hail damage over the past year. I asked Stonebridge for an asessment based on a referral from my insurance agent (and not the roofers leaving flyers at my front door while they were «in the neighborhood»).
Not only did Stonebridge come out immediately and tell me the base roof was fine, they suggested some remedial repairs based on squirrel damage (something I was already aware of – having replaced skylight frames a few months earlier due to squirrel damage). Beyond these repairs, I also asked that an old, rusty satellite dish be removed and the shingles underneath repaired, all of which was done to my satisfaction. The new shingle matched very well as a matter of fact.
When the manager (Fernando) came out the same day of the repairs to inspect his team’s work, he let me get up on the roof with him to walk me through what was done. He saw a few things to tidy up, and so spent another half hour himself on the roof himslef adding some finishing touches. He also snapped some photos so he could further train his crew (who were quite polite and punctual, by the way). So few come to the door these days — before they start work — to let you know they were there and would be starting.
Fernando kept me updated by email or phone throughout the process and always communicated or showed up when he said he would. He also always called ahead or emailed to let me know he would be out. Finally, any roofer who tells me I don’t need a new roof — when I suspected I did not — is a good contractor to know and work with.
Will definitely keep Fernando in my file of «keepers.»

Fernando did a great job repairing our roof! We didn’t even notice it was fixed because the shingles matched so closely. Also, he was very easy to communicate with over email, text, and phone.
We will certainly use his services again in the future if we need them.

I called Stonebridge Roofing 2 weeks ago for a leak in my roof. I was contacted immediately by the Project Manager, Fernando, immediately. I’ve had several roofing companies come out to give me bids, but Fernando and Mike at Stonebridge were the most professional and honest folks to deal with. I never felt I was being sold something I didn’t need and they were people of their word. The project itself was a complete tearoff and reshingle. They arrived each morning on time and worked throughout the day. Nothing on my property was damaged and they cleaned up after the project was done. And I must say that the roof looks wonderful. At the conclusion of each day of the project, the project manager contacted me and gave me an update so I was always in the loop. I really appreciated that. And the price I was charged was very fair and less than others might I add. I hope I don’t need any roofing professionals for a long time, but I would use these guys again and certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I used Stonebridge Roofing to put a new roof on our house after it had sustained hail damage. I found Stonebridge on Unilocal,and decided to have them come take a look at my roof after I wasn’t completely comfortable with a different company I had talked to. Mike (owner) and Fernando came out to talk to me, and were great to work with from the beginning. They gave me an honest assessment of my roof, and I did not feel as though I was being sold to. For example, they indicated that the roof would need to be replaced relatively soon, but that in all likelihood I could no nothing and experience no issues for a while.
They explained the process of getting a new roof from start to finish. I decided to use Stonebridge, but due to scheduling difficulties on my end, they didn’t start right away. Fernando kept in touch, but was never pushy. We eventually decided on a date, and the work began as scheduled. The work was completed in the time line I was told, and while the work was going on Fernando kept me up to speed with what work was being done, what was still left to do, etc…
I am very pleased with the job done by Stonebridge, as well as the professionalism of Mike and Fernando. Mike was present and came to the house multiple times, but the majority of my communication was with Fernando (no issues with that whatsoever, he was great to work with).
I will be using Stonebridge for any future roofing /​siding needs.

They were great to work with. We had a repair needed on our roof. I work all day and they came to the house while I was at work and took care of the repair needed. They had everything done in a week, fantastic!
