This is the worst. I had an easy order. Just a burrito and a soda. The girl must have been new because she asked me how to ring it up. She got the manager and she rang it up and I paid.
Got my receipt and my soda cup and began to wait. 4 different customers came in ordered and got their food. I’d been standing there 15 min. I explained to the cashier the problem and asked for my money back. She asked someone for help. He got the manager who gave me my money back. The cook staff said they had no record of my order. No wonder the place is empty when I go by.

This is hands-​down, the worst Taco Bell EVER.
Orders are never correct, food is sloppy and poorly prepared. The diet Pepsi always tastes like a combination of Mountain Dew and mystery flavors. The managers never do anything to make things right.
Used the drive thru tonight — was given the wrong order and wrong soda. Asked for replacement — handed replacement and kid working the window refused to take the other soda — it slipped out of my hand while holding it out the window, and the kid cursed at me.
