History
Established in 2004.
The Great Frame Up CWE started as The Frame Factory in the 1970’s. In 2004 Bruce Shoults and Dave Toben purchased the location and in 2007 it moved next door to accommodate the expansion of the card and gift store, Relish. We continue to be on of the largest independent picture framers in St Louis with customers including Washington University, St Louis University, Harris-Stowe State University, and Mallinkrodt Chemical. Our staff has combined experience of over 75 years!

Business Owner
After completing an MBA from University of Missouri — St Louis and working in customer relations management roles in several St Louis and Chicago corporations, Bruce left corporate America to purchase The Great Frame Up in 2004. In 2007 we moved next door to create Relish Cards+Gifts, which has grown to one St Louis’ best card and gift stores. In 2010, we purchased the South County Great Frame Up which relocated to Webster Groves in 2014.
