Gorgeous place to live. Management seems real cool. Love the pool and the locker room and gym. Nice location and way out of downtown by 3.3 miles. Lets have fun. 2 blocks from Forest Park and 1 block from downtown CWE.

Palos Verdes, CA
Lived here for a couple years. All staff (front office, doormen, management) were very nice and considerate. Had to make 2 calls for maintenance, both of which were very minor issues and fixed within the day. Laundry, pool, and workout room are all nice and working. I took good care of my place and full security deposit was returned. Only downside is the wait list for parking. I’ve lived in many different apartments, and this was probably the nicest, best managed place yet. I’d definitely recommend it.
