If I had to choose one word to describe a session with me it would be restorative. If you are experiencing pain, stress or need to improve function or range of motion, I can help. My ideal client is focused on wellness and understands that our relationship is best approached as an active partnership. I like to work on, relieve and eliminate conditions such as carpal tunnel, whiplash, neck pain, shoulder pain, migraines, back pain, sciatica, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. I don’t just treat symptoms. I am always looking for the source and attempting to restore balance.

I specialize in what I like to call Comfortable Deep-​Tissue Massage. I work very slowly, deliberately and specifically. This combination of factors allow me to work deeper than you may have ever experienced. Clients usually say a session provides extreme relaxation and tremendous relief.
