Very disappointed in the customer service from a young employee named Karolyn. I was an observer watching this employee assisting an elderly woman w her «computerized» check in. Karolyn acted extremely put out and had a short and negative attitude, which clearly upset this woman. The customer said to me, «I cannot help it; I’m old and don’t know how to do this stuff. I’m so humiliated!» I told her that I had her back and explained that I would report her and her store on Unilocal.Don’t shop here unless you want attitude and negativity! The rude employee was very polite to me, but not to this woman who was as sweet as she could be! Really, would you want someone treating your mom or grandmother in this way?
