History

Established in 2005.

Before I came to Ohio I sat down with my grandfather, a man with a sixth-​grade education who died a multi-​millionaire at 96 years of age. I asked him: «Grandpa, what do you attribute your success in business to?» He replied:

— Be honest with people. Be upfront with them. Be truthful. People will respect you for that.

— Charge a fair price for the line of work you’re in.

— Do the best job you can do. You’re human. You’ll make mistakes. Make good on them. Make it right. Be fair.

— Do more than what’s expected. There are too many people doing just enough to get by in the jobs they do. Be better than them by doing more than what the customer expects. They will appreciate you more for it.

Sound advice from a man who has since passed on. I miss him and his wisdom.
