Founder and owner of Man on Fire Woodworking, Riley J. Wilson has always liked to stay busy. After graduating from Saint Cloud State University in Small Business Management, Wilson always envisioned himself operating a small business of some kind. Little did he know the business would be woodworking! After buying his first home with his wife, Amanda, he realized his love for projects. The projects started out small, then eventually lead to much more complex projects (building a bar in the lower level). With a little time and energy, Wilson transformed their home into something they both love!

With their first child on the way, Amanda had suggested buying a toy chest for their future little one. The more research he did, the more he thought that he could build something that could last. Not just for a couple years, but a lifetime! He took it upon himself to learn how to become a woodworker. And the best part… it’s something he loves to do!

Whether it be a simple end table or a more
